Who You Are
You are a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. You have experience working with individuals with disabilities across various domains such as physical, psychological, and cognitive functions. You possess the ability to manage complex casework independently and are skilled in promoting independence and personalisation through evidence-based assessments and interventions.
What the Job Involves
The role involves managing all clinical and professional aspects of complex casework for adult residents who are new to statutory services. You will conduct assessments and action planning across home and community settings, implement rehabilitation programs, and ensure safety through intervention and support plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support team managers in achieving strategic aims, and occasionally deputize for senior staff.
