Role
Who You Are
We are looking for a Deputy Team Manager within the Community Review Team in the Older Persons and Physical Disability Service at Southwark Council. You will promote a strengths-based approach to assessments and manage the review inbox, ensuring timely case handling. In collaboration with other Deputy Team Managers, you will ensure appropriate case transfers and provide necessary support across other services within OPPD, which may involve longer-term involvement.
