Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Personalised Commissioning Manager to join the Live Well Integrated Commissioning Team in Southwark. This is a key interim role supporting the delivery of personalised commissioning for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, with a focus on individual placements and system-wide collaboration.
What the Job Involves
- Lead commissioning functions including oversight of Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TRs) and the Dynamic Support Register (DSR).
- Manage a small caseload of complex individuals, coordinating care, funding arrangements and move-on processes.
- Complete internal reporting relating to the management of individual placements.
- Work closely with clinicians, providers, and council/ICB colleagues to improve outcomes and reduce reliance on inpatient care.
This is an agency interim post to cover long-term sickness and vacancy pressures. Permanent recruitment will follow once the ICB reorganisation is complete.
Skills
- Experience in commissioning and/or providing care for people with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs.
- Strong understanding of C(E)TRs, DSR, and Section 117 funding.
- Ability to manage complex cases and multi-agency coordination.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of NHS and local authority commissioning structures.
