Role
As a Social Worker for the London Borough of Sutton, you play an essential role in safeguarding and supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes. You are passionate about promoting social change and maximizing independence, upholding human rights and social justice principles.
This role involves liaising with individuals, professionals, and partner agencies to enhance service delivery. You will work to protect vulnerable individuals, apply social work theories, and use critical thinking effectively. You'll produce professional, timely documentation, manage caseloads, ensure compliance with regulations, and actively participate in continuous service improvement.
