We are seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) as a Family Information and Advice Officer. You possess prior experience in Children's Services, a strong commitment to safeguarding, and have the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team. Your excellent communication skills and expertise in conducting risk assessments empower you to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
This role involves providing comprehensive support to children and families by screening referrals, gathering information, and contributing to joint decision-making with partner agencies. You will manage timely decision-making processes to ensure children receive appropriate and necessary support. Key responsibilities include conducting MASH enquiries, offering advice, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with social workers and other professionals to deliver a coordinated response.
