Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join Enfield’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) as a Family Information and Advice Officer. Ideal candidates will possess previous experience working within Children’s Services, and exhibit a commitment to safeguarding children and supporting families. The role requires individuals who can work efficiently under pressure, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate confidence in multi-agency collaboration.

What the Job Involves

As a Family Information and Advice Officer, you will join a fast-paced and impactful team. Enfield MASH serves as the single contact point for referrals to Early Help and Children’s Social Care services. Your role will involve conducting MASH enquiries alongside Social Workers and other professionals, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Responsibilities include providing feedback to referrers, offering advice on services and resources, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal and external partners. This role demands adherence to MASH timelines while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism standards.
