What the job involves

As a Social Worker in our Adult MASH Team, you will be instrumental in assessing, planning, and delivering health and social care needs. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and safeguarding measures are in place for vulnerable adults. Your role involves rigorous assessment and dynamic problem-solving to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of adults.
