What the Job Involves

The role spans across Revenues and Welfare & Benefits services, focusing on controlling batch and individual system processes vital for administering revenues and benefits. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring business-critical events occur timely, and maintaining consistency and accuracy in data processes. You will respond to audits, organize workloads efficiently, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver effective service. Additionally, you will maintain communication, support strategic management activities, and facilitate systems and information management to enhance service delivery.
