- Delivering legal and procedural advice on childcare law to council members and partner agencies.
- Managing legal cases and ensuring timely and accurate advice and service delivery.
- Drafting legal documents, preparing court submissions, and conducting research.
- Advising on relevant legislation and keeping the council informed on changes.
- Supporting senior legal staff on significant and sensitive cases.
