What the Job Involves
In this role, you will develop a trauma-informed single front door triage system, managing referrals and aiming to increase the inclusion of harder-to-reach resident groups. You will conduct outreach and engagement activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities include supporting employer engagement to facilitate ILM placements, collaborating with adult learning services to manage skill interventions, and providing high-quality customer service. Remaining vigilant about equality, diversity, and data security, you manage priorities effectively and keep accurate records.
