As a Triage and Engagement Officer in the Economy, Jobs & Partnerships department, you are deeply committed to supporting diverse communities, particularly harder-to-reach groups like NEET young people and economically inactive individuals. You possess a strong understanding of employment programs, customer care principles, and trauma-informed practices. You are motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with an aptitude for developing innovative engagement strategies and maintaining precise data management.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will develop a trauma-informed single front door triage system, managing referrals and aiming to increase the inclusion of harder-to-reach resident groups. You will conduct outreach and engagement activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities include supporting employer engagement to facilitate ILM placements, collaborating with adult learning services to manage skill interventions, and providing high-quality customer service. Remaining vigilant about equality, diversity, and data security, you manage priorities effectively and keep accurate records.
