What the Job Involves

As a Consultant Social Worker, you will support the Team Manager in the management and leadership of the social work team, handling complex caseloads and ensuring statutory responsibilities are met. You'll be responsible for supervising the team, managing risk assessments, and providing expert guidance and support. You will collaborate with internal and external colleagues to coordinate service delivery, maintain performance management systems, and contribute to resource allocation.
