What the job involves
This role, based within the Recovery Programme of Slough Borough Council, involves participating in the delivery of the Council’s Recovery Programme by identifying and analyzing opportunities for service improvement and efficiencies. You will lead projects that contribute to the development and implementation of a Target Operating Model (TOM) while supporting operational leads in redesigning processes. This position also calls for the development of compelling business cases, leading multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project integrity, and leveraging technology for enhanced customer self-service. A hybrid working model is followed, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office at Observatory House, Slough.
