You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of private sector housing legislation, particularly the Housing Act 2004. What the Job Involves

As a Private Sector Housing Licence Process Officer, you will deliver effective processing of licence applications within the private rented sector, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will work collaboratively to support housing service delivery, manage application caseloads, provide public advice, and assist in investigations of problematic applications. You will also maintain databases, compile data, and support corporate and service objectives through quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
