Who You Are
We are looking for a resilient, committed individual with excellent communication and organisation skills. You should be able to handle sensitive information and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Experience within Local Authority or a Political landscape is desirable but not essential.
What the Job Involves
The Personal Assistant role supports the Executive Director and Deputy Directors within the Housing & Regeneration Directorate. You will provide confidential, high quality administrative, secretarial, and PA support to ensure smooth running of the department. Tasks include managing correspondence, handling telephone enquiries, arranging meetings, minute-taking, managing diaries and maintaining records. Supervisory responsibilities may include inducting new staff or supporting temporary staff. The role is hybrid with a requirement to work from the main office and occasionally from our secondary Housing Hub location.

- Flexibility to work from other locations and during evenings/weekends if required
