What the job involves
As a Family Gateway Contact Officer, you will work collaboratively as part of the Family Gateway Team to offer information, advice, and assistance to families and professionals. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating multiple referrals without carrying a caseload. Communication with families and professionals will be conducted via telephone, web chat, and email. You will also recognize at-risk individuals, liaising with Social Workers and other professionals when necessary. This role supports hybrid working with office time based at the Conference Centre, Eastmoors Road.
