Who You Are

An experienced and qualified Food Safety Officer with a thorough understanding of food hygiene and standards inspections. You should be familiar with working in accordance with the Food Law Code of Practice, particularly concerning Category C & D premises.

What the Job Involves

The role involves carrying out official food hygiene and standards inspections to ensure compliance with the Food Law Code of Practice. You will visit various food premises categorized as C & D to conduct thorough assessments, identify any issues, and ensure that all standards are met or exceeded.
