What the Job Involves

This role requires you to undertake social work duty tasks which include supporting the quality assurance of documents such as safety plans, assessments, and reports. You will attend meetings like child protection conferences to offer guidance to less experienced social workers when necessary. You will also oversee a small caseload of complex cases, particularly during colleagues' sickness periods. Being office-based a minimum of 3 days a week is essential to effectively support duty tasks and the team.
