What the Job Involves

Your role will include supporting the quality assurance of documents like safety plans, assessments, and reports. You will attend meetings, such as Child Protection conferences, to support less experienced social workers when needed. Additionally, you will oversee a small caseload of complex cases during a colleague's sickness period and ensure consistent office presence for a minimum of three days a week to assist with duty tasks.
