We’re looking for an experienced social worker to join our Adult Social Care team in Worcestershire. This is a frontline role supporting adults and carers to live independently, especially during times of crisis. You’ll carry out assessments, develop support plans, and work closely with other professionals to deliver strength-based, person-centred care.

Who you are
You’ll be a confident practitioner with strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and a passion for promoting wellbeing and independence. You’ll also support the development of others through mentoring and reflective practice.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified social worker with current Social Work England registration
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding principles
- Experience working with older adults and those with physical disabilities
- Skilled in assessment, support planning, and multi-agency collaboration
- Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
- Ability to manage complex cases and make informed decisions
- Committed to continuous professional development
