What the Job Involves
As a Business Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive business support services to enable the organization to meet its statutory and legal obligations. Your role involves supporting the delivery of the Digital Records Programme, including records baseline and preparation for digitization of historic records. You will manage tasks such as mailbox management, finance processing, data inputting, storing and archiving, meeting arrangements, and note-taking. You will maintain and update IT systems to ensure accurate and reliable data for statutory returns and managerial reports. The role demands working collaboratively with various teams and service users to identify and implement process improvements, embracing new technology to enhance service delivery.
