You possess exceptional communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality services, and the ability to establish productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your approach to work is analytical, creative, and pragmatic, allowing you to solve complex problems effectively. A level 4 qualification or equivalent compensatory experience is essential, along with a commitment to personal and professional development.

What the Job Involves

The role involves providing comprehensive project management, change management, and performance management support. You will support the collection, monitoring, verification, and reporting of performance data to meet statutory requirements for national reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of management information systems and performance frameworks, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed standards. Your responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, providing reports, developing performance measures, ensuring data quality, and driving continuous improvement within Performance Services.
