What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility is to manage a team of officers serving as the first point of contact for clients in the Housing Needs Service. You will ensure the team delivers efficient and person-centred services, providing information, advice, and practical support to residents. Your role includes conducting holistic assessments of housing, health, and social care needs, and implementing necessary interventions and referrals. In addition, you are tasked with operational management to provide consistent staff support and supervision. You will also deputise for the Service Manager and manage responsibilities within the Homes For Ukraine and Refugee Programme.
