What the Job Involves
This role involves both scheduled and reactive cleaning of internal and external areas, using appropriate equipment and materials. You will handle bulky waste removal, monitor and report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Engaging with residents and colleagues, you will address and report safety and behavioral concerns, supporting enforcement actions when necessary. You will adhere to Council policies, maintain customer service excellence, and participate in training and appraisals.
