What the Job Involves

The role involves conducting detailed assessments and planning services for children and families, ensuring compliance with legislation and departmental policies. You will maintain accurate records, collaborate effectively with a range of agencies, and model a strengths-based approach to practice. Participation in team activities and regular supervision, contributing to service development, and engaging in ongoing training and development are expected. You will also support less experienced colleagues and engage in further professional development opportunities.
