Who You Are
A qualified Solicitor or CILEX with additional practice rights, possessing a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Experience in local authority (LA) settings is desirable.
What the Job Involves
Managing a caseload of pre-proceedings, care proceedings, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs). Providing general advice on all child protection public law issues.
