Who You Are

You are an experienced Social Worker with a strong desire to improve the lives of children and young people through fostering services. You are committed to achieving safe and positive outcomes and have experience working within a fostering or similar social service environment.

What the job involves

This role involves joining the Fostering Service to support its vital functions, including the recruitment, assessment, training, and support of various types of foster carers and families. You will be part of one of four dedicated hubs, each focusing on different aspects of the service. Your role may require mobility between hubs depending on service needs. You will work in a supportive and positive working environment with opportunities for professional development.
