What the Job Involves
This Customer Service role, based in Yeovil, is responsible for being the first point of contact for residents reaching out to Somerset Council. The role involves handling high volume customer enquiries about diverse services such as Council Tax, Waste, Benefits, and more. This position is office-based, split between our Brympton Way office and the Customer Service point inside Yeovil Library. This rewarding, temporary role requires 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
