Social Worker (Adults) (Grade 10)

Who You Are

Candidates must have at least 1 years experience of working in an adult safeguarding service as a social worker or have 2 years experience of completing S42(2) enquiries as a substantial part of a current or previous role.

What the Job Involves

The role involves conducting detailed assessments and investigations into adult safeguarding concerns, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014. You will engage with individuals, families, and other agencies to effectively manage risks and implement safeguarding plans. A proactive and compassionate approach is essential, paired with strong decision-making capabilities and effective communication skills.
