What the job involves

In this role, you will deliver and coordinate Restorative Justice and victim liaison activities. You will play a key part in a multi-agency team, facilitating resolution processes between victims and young offenders. Your work will involve developing and overseeing Referral Orders and Panels, actively involving victims in restorative processes, initiating contact, assessing needs, and providing support throughout. Your efforts will contribute to community confidence and positive justice outcomes in Lambeth.
