What the job involves
This role involves working closely with internal and external partners on a range of professional activities and projects aligned with the Council’s Corporate Plan. Key responsibilities include handling planning applications, enforcement, spatial planning, and public engagement in planning initiatives. You'll deliver excellent customer service, respond to public complaints, and support Kingston’s objectives on community cohesion and diversity. The role also includes preparing supporting documents, engaging in professional development, and partaking in flexible work hours for meeting the role's needs.
