What the Job Involves
The job requires you to provide scheduling management services that entail coordinating, issuing, and managing job assignments to operatives. You will act as a contact point for officers, managers, supervisors, and operatives, ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include system management of the Caretaking Services database, monitoring and responding to work needs, managing scheduling diaries, rescheduling as necessary, consulting with teams, and resolving customer complaints. You will also assist in quality systems coordination, maintain records, and engage with various stakeholders to carry out general office duties as needed. An understanding of safeguarding and equality principles is essential.
