What the Job Involves
This role involves supporting the Youth Justice Team (YJT) and the Family Intervention Service (FIS) through various administrative tasks. These tasks range from monitoring mailboxes and responding to requests, answering duty phone calls, arranging venues and volunteers, to providing admin support during interviews and meetings. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is vital. You will work closely with practitioners, enhancing their support to children and families in Somerset. The role offers hybrid working with an expectation to work part-time in the office, especially during induction.
