Who You Are
An experienced planning lawyer with additional expertise in highways and rights of way. You are well-versed in legal frameworks and are able to navigate complex regulatory environments with ease.
What the Job Involves
You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support in relation to planning, highways, and rights of way matters. This may involve drafting legal documents, representing the council in legal proceedings, and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role is essential in guiding and supporting planning processes up until the current order end date of 30/03/2026.

- Extensive knowledge of planning law
