What the Job Involves
Your main purpose is to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Street Environment Services team, ensuring efficient delivery of operational and strategic objectives. The role will involve managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting service delivery processes related to waste management, street cleaning, and environmental compliance. General responsibilities include receiving and distributing mail, maintaining filing systems, managing customer requests and complaints, and supporting project management with data collection and report generation. Additionally, you will handle service requests, take accurate meeting notes, coordinate casework, process purchase orders and invoices, and manage public information distribution.
