Who You Are
We are seeking individuals committed to providing quality assurance and reviewing services across varying levels of need. As a Quality Assurance Reviewing Officer, you excel in promoting a strengths-based practice and culture. You ensure that statutory safeguarding requirements are met and work towards improving services for children, young people, and families by providing high-quality independent oversight of practice. Your work is characterized by effective partnership collaboration with all those involved with the child.
What the Job Involves
This dynamic role involves reporting to the service manager and being accountable for service improvement through ensuring quality assurance of practices across the entire service. You will offer independent, professional support and champion a child’s right to family life. As part of a team adopting the family safeguarding model, you will observe and contribute to the positive differences made in children, young people, and their families' lives. Additionally, QARO ensures that the Local Authority provides optimal care when children are in need. Travel and accommodation expenses are provided for workers residing more than 50 miles from Swindon.
