What the Job Involves

• Leading a team of repairs operatives to ensure high standards of work quality and efficient material use.
• Functionally supervising a geographical patch or specialist service area, including general building and rapid response.
• Carrying out complex diagnostics and coordinating multi-trade repair projects.
• Providing technical guidance to maximize productivity and resident satisfaction.
• Conducting regular inspections, one-to-one meetings, and toolbox talks with operatives.
• Managing void teams to deliver within time scales and complying with health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
