What the Job Involves

As a Repairs Supervisor for Enfield Repairs Direct, you will lead a team of multi-trade operatives to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services. You will manage and support your team through regular one-on-one meetings, toolbox talks, and performance assessments. Your responsibilities will include complex diagnostics, coordinating multi-trade repair projects, and conducting inspections to ensure repairs meet required standards. You will deputize for the Repairs Manager, maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will manage resources, control budgets, and promote a customer-centered service.
