Who You Are
As a Senior Practitioner, you will be a dedicated and skilled professional in Adult Social Care. You are registered with Social Work England and hold a Social Work qualification, with a minimum of three years' post-qualified experience. You bring experience in line management and supervision and are adept at conducting person-centered, asset-based, outcome-focused assessments, care management, and reviews.
