What the Job Involves

This position requires you to plan and conduct comprehensive assessments of children's and families' strengths and needs. You will work collaboratively with various agencies to develop and monitor outcome-focused plans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, adhering to legal frameworks and policies, and engaging in ongoing professional development. Regular participation in team meetings, supervision, and contributing to service development is also expected.
