Your confidence in applying legal proceedings and frameworks is vital, as is your comprehensive understanding of the young people’s journey. You possess a keen ability to analyze and minimize risk while fostering long-term positive changes, particularly through clear pathway planning. Empowered by your experience, you are instrumental in cultivating a high-performance team culture.
What the Job Involves
In this role, you will support the team manager in various capacities including decision-making and chairing meetings. You will work collaboratively with partners and multi-agencies like the Police, Health, and Education sectors to advocate for our young people, ensuring they have access to necessary services. Responsibilities also include overseeing recruitment, induction, training, and supervision of all team members, while promoting professional career development. Additionally, you will serve as a Practice Educator. Notably, this is a non-case holding Deputy Team Manager role.
