You are a professional Occupational Therapist with a recognized qualification from the HCPC. You possess extensive knowledge and experience in assessing and recommending both major adaptations and complex equipment. What the Job Involves
As a member of the HASS Cranbrook and Loxford team, you will work across the borough in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting. You will be allocated approximately 4 cases per week, handling a mixture of complex and standard cases. You will conduct thorough assessments, support planning, and reviews for people with various health conditions and their carers. Your role involves preparing sketches, reading plans, and providing detailed specifications for major works. You will also assess the effectiveness of equipment, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and safe working practices.
