What the Job Involves

Cardiff Council seeks your expertise to design and implement the best model for delivering the expansion of Flying Start childcare, aligned with Welsh Government directives. You will scope and analyze existing delivery models across Wales and England and adapt best practices to improve Cardiff’s current Flying Start model. Your role includes engaging with potential providers, ensuring statutory requirements are met, and supporting the sustainability of the program.
