What the Job Involves

The role involves working within a statutory framework to assess, commission, and review services for specific client groups. You will assist vulnerable individuals in making informed decisions, clarify and express their needs, promote independence, and enhance coping skills. Your responsibilities include assessing risks and options, engaging in legal and procedural interventions, managing workloads, and participating in decision-making forums. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and contributing to service planning, monitoring, and evaluation while supporting the Council's commitment to equality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
