A dedicated and skilled individual with a degree in Social Work, registered as a Social Worker with Social Care Wales. You have experience in working with vulnerable individuals, a strong understanding of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act, and the ability to manage complex caseloads. What the job involves
As a Social Worker, you will assist individuals in overcoming major challenges and enhancing their independence. Your responsibilities include assessing needs and risks, planning and reviewing interventions, protecting vulnerable adults, and ensuring service delivery follows legal and policy frameworks. You will work collaboratively with a team, manage workloads effectively, and contribute to decision-making processes to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
