What the Job Involves
The role involves screening and triaging new contacts through the Front Door, conducting Family Help assessments, and managing Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases. You will deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions, collaborate with multi-disciplinary partners, and lead Family Help meetings. You will maintain accurate case records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and contribute to continuous service improvement. Additionally, you will provide practical family support and engage in professional development activities.
