Who You Are

We're looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and professionally confident Social Workers who are enthusiastic about making an extraordinary impact. You should be a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and hold a qualifying degree. A deep understanding of current legislation and its effects, alongside collaboration skills with external agencies and a full, clean driving license, are essential. The drive to pursue further qualifications is a bonus.

What the Job Involves

This role offers a thrilling variety of adult social work tasks, including Care Act Assessments, person-centered support planning, Mental Capacity Assessments, and Section 42 Enquiries. You'll work with diverse adult populations, applying a strength-based approach to empower individuals and champion independence. Engaging in crucial CHC and s117 work is essential, all within a supportive culture that offers regular supervision and celebrates professional growth.
