Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Supervisor. You will have substantial experience across multiple trades in property maintenance, and possess essential certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work, and CITB MAP H&S Test. You are a strong leader with excellent communication skills, and hold an Enhanced DBS (Children’s Barred List) alongside a full UK driving licence. Flexibility to travel across North Yorkshire is required.
What the Job Involves
The role involves supervising the delivery of planned maintenance projects across a varied estate of public and commercial properties in North Yorkshire. You will oversee multi-trade teams, ensuring that projects are compliant with health and safety regulations and delivered to high standards, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site documentation, resources, and contractor liaison, leading Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings, line managing operatives, and participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
