What the Job Involves
This role entails performing diverse gardening and maintenance tasks on our local estates and hubs within our operational area. Reporting to the Estate Services Manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as weeding, planting, lawn maintenance, landscaping, and removing environmental debris like leaves and snow. You will operate various tools and machinery in line with organizational guidelines. Additionally, you will support and train apprentices, report repairs or breaches of tenancy agreements, and provide coverage in colleagues' absence. Professional presence and safety awareness are crucial as you interact with both residents and team members.
