You are an experienced Integrated Brokerage Support Officer with a keen interest in personalised care and financial processes. You are motivated to contribute to improving the uptake and management of Direct Payments across the borough.

What the Job Involves

Your responsibilities will include monitoring Direct Payment (DP) arrangements, managing suspended cases and clawbacks, supporting DP set-ups, and raising Purchase Orders (POs).
