What the Job Involves

This role involves delivering high-quality services by managing a multi-agency team and providing strong oversight. You will support the Service Manager, develop local plans, and ensure services meet National Key Performance Indicators. The position requires working closely with partners to deliver integrated support to children and integrating with wider Children’s Services for Quality Assurance and Service Improvement activities. Additionally, you will take responsibility for budget reporting and contribute to the creation of external reports.
