Who You Are
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years in the field. You have a strong background in social services and a proven track record of working within the community to assess and enhance individuals' independence at home.
What the job involves
This role involves reviewing double-handed packages of care. You will have the opportunity to join the Home Adaptation Team or the Adults OT Team, working with a senior rate of pay. Your focus will be on assessing and supporting people in their own homes to promote independent living.
