What the Job Involves
The role involves handling complex casework for children and young people, delivering high-quality assessments and reports, and integrating government and local initiatives. As a lead professional, you will offer guidance to new staff members, contribute to high-standard services, and liaise with various professionals. You will actively manage risks, handle court proceedings, and engage with families and communities for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will engage in continuous professional development and mentoring, ensuring excellence in practice while driving innovation and multi-agency collaborations.
